The Ministry is in the process of submitting a
proposal toCabinetstandardisationof thedesign
for the construction of new community centres.
Currently, community centres are designed
based on customised drawings.This approach is
not themost efficient, given the amount of funds
allocated under the Construction of Community
Centres Programme.

The Ministry proposes to utilise two (2) mobile
officestoprovideservicedeliverytocommunities
that are currently underserved or do not have
access totheservices.Theseserviceswill include
counseling, mediation, referrals, parenting
support and other therapeutic services.
6.5 MINISTRY OF HEALTH
In fiscal year 2014 the Ministry will continue to
roll out its Strategic Plan, and would give priority
to the addressing CNCDs and strengthening
health service delivery.
