THE RETRAINING PROGRAMME
The Retraining Programme seeks to
develop a pool of trained and efficient
industry ready individuals adaptable
to the changing needs of industry.
The programme focuses on re-tooling
and re-skilling individuals to access
sustainable and lucrative employment
and self-employment opportunities.
The Programme offers training in basic
vocational skills, and simultaneously
emphasizes the development of positive
work habits and attitudes, as well as
the acquisition of entrepreneurial,
interpersonal and communication skills.
