responsibility is managing the School Nutrition
Programme which includes:
• Development of a strategic direction for the
programme and its implementation;
• Development of policy guidelines for
the management and operation of the
programme;
• Establishment of criteria for the selection of
caterers for the programme;
• Development of quality control mechanisms;
and
• Planning new initiatives.
