Readymix (West Indies) Limited
was incorporated in Trinidad in 1961. Its
primary activity is the manufacture and sale of premixed concrete. In 1996,
Trinidad Cement Limited acquired majority ownership of the company. RML
acquired a 60% shareholding in Premix and Precast Concrete Inc. (PPCI) in
Barbados in 2002.
